Mounting & Racking Installation

We begin by installing weatherproof mounts directly into your roof rafters ensuring a secure and leak-proof seal. These mounts connect to a series of heavy-duty aluminum rails, forming the base for your solar panels. This racking system is engineered for New York’s toughest conditions, built to handle heavy snow loads while adding minimal weight to your roof.

  02  ELECTRICAL SETUP

Wire Management & Power Electronics

Wiring is carefully routed through specifically designed channels hidden within the aluminum rails, keeping everything neat and protected. At this stage, we also install power optimizers to maximize performance. Even when some panels are shaded, it ensures each panel performs independently at peak efficiency.

  03  INVERTER CONNECTION

POWER CONVERSION

Once your solar panels are secured, they're connected to an inverter that transforms solar energy into usable electricity for your home. The inverter is what makes solar work with your existing electrical system, allowing you to power lights, appliances, and everything else in your home. Whether you’re using a central inverter or a system with microinverters on each panel, we design every project for maximum efficiency and long term reliability.

Main Electric Panel Connection

From the inverter, we run a dedicated line into your home’s main electric panel that powers your lights, outlets, and appliances. For most homes, the physical installation only takes one day. Larger or more complex systems may require two days, but our crews work efficiently to minimize disruption. After installation, we’ll coordinate inspections and utility approvals so your system can go live as soon as possible.

Once your system is activated, you’ll get access to a mobile app that shows your solar production in real-time. You can track how much energy your system is generating daily, monthly, and over time.

Solar panels are low maintenance and built to withstand New York’s weather. If there’s heavy snow or debris, gently clearing it off can help performance, but otherwise, there’s no regular upkeep required.
